Our Expertise
With over 12 years of ranching right in Kahuku we are proud to offer you the highest quality beef you can get. Our cattle graze in beautiful rolling grass pastures where we use a rotational grazing strategy that maximizes grass Growth keeping the land and cattle happy. north shore livestock is located on 600 acres of land that also provides 30MWh of clean wind energy along side of the 50,000 lbs of beef we produce this is the most sustainable farming you can get.
Our base herd
We started our base cow herd with wild Hereford from Mauna Kea with blooding going right back to the cows that were given to king Kamehameha. While we did it because it was all we could afford at the time it’s actually been a blessing. While smaller framed than modern cattle they are exceptionally hardy. needing zero antibiotics or help calving they are still the rock that keeps us going
